The Circuit Clerks Office is providing  this service initially for case types of AR and L only.

    ONE OF THREE CONDITIONS MUST BE MET TO EFILE:
    1) New Case Complaint/Petition initiated by the Plaintiff.
    2) Answer or response filed by the Defendant on an existing case.
    3) Agreed order by the parties approved by the Judge to use electronic filings.

    There are 2 vendors that provide E-File for Will County. 

    1.  I2file - I2file is a free service. Only pay filing fees. Must be paid within 48 hours.

    2. Wiznet - Fees for Wiznet are as follows:
    e-File only - $5.00
    e-File and serve - $8.00
