The Circuit Clerks Office is providing  this service initially for case types of AR and L only.

    Currently e-File is a free service. However, the FILING FEES must be paid within 48 hours.

    ONE OF THREE CONDITIONS MUST BE MET TO e-File:
    1) New Case Complaint/Petition initiated by the Plaintiff.
    2) Answer or response filed by the Defendant on an existing case.
    3) Agreed order by the parties approved by the Judge to use electronic filings.

    Pursuant to Administrative Order 13-2, attorneys and law firms can establish a Draw-Down
    account with the Circuit Clerks Office to pay for their electronic services.
