Certified Statements of Conviction
Requests for Certified Statements of Conviction to the Circuit
Clerk’s office can be made electronically. Simply complete the interactive
form which replicates the paper document in which we currently use to make
these requests and submit it to the following email address for processing:
publications@willcountyillinois.com.
As always, requests are completed in the order in which
they are received and *must
be submitted 3-5 days prior to the due date entered on the form.
Please save the attached blank form to your desktop, so that it is
readily accessible for your use. The program used to open the form is Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
All completed requests will be returned to the requestor
upon receipt of payment if applicable. If you have any questions regarding
