Property Guidelines GET
AFFIDAVIT FORM HERE
Please return the original affidavit, only once notarized, along with the following:
- A
copy of your VALID STATE
DRIVER’S LICENSE OR
STATE ID (if mailing in, please make sure it is a clear, legible copy of
the photo).
- If
you have moved and failed to change your address with this office, we will
require something with your old address as well as new (i.e. utility bill,
tax bill)
VERY IMPORTANT
Once you have completed the above procedures and returned the affidavit,
please be aware that a search will be done for any outstanding fines or fees
that are due to Will County and portions of said refund will be applied
towards those outstanding balances. (Administrative
Order 03-17 from
the Will County Chief Judge’s Office)
Any monies remaining will then be returned to you.
That is only IF you have any balance(s) due.
