As of 11/26/01 our office started accepting Discover/Novus, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Diners Club International to pay fines, restitution, & child support payments. You will need your case number, citation number, fine amount, & court date (traffic only) when you call (888) 604-7888, the toll free/24 hour/7 days a week phone line. Please note service fees will be added by *GPS to the amount of payment and all payment transactions will take up to 3 business days to be applied.

$200.01 - $300.00 $24.00
$300.01 - $400.00 $32.00
$400.01 – Up 8 %

Traffic: Payments made for supervision with traffic school must be paid at least 5 business days before the original court date. Send proper paperwork to our office. If a certified failure to pay receipt is required please obtain the document in person or by mail from the Traffic Department at the Circuit Clerks Office.

*GPS may require specific information from the credit card holder.

Retrieval of old cases 
We require 48 hour notice for retrieval of 
Traffic cases filed prior to 2001,
Felony cases filed between 1962 and 1993, 
Civil cases filed prior to 1999, and
Probate cases filed prior to 1997.

Probate files 
Probate files filed after 1996 will be located at the River Valley Justice Center. 

Unclaimed Child Support 
This list contains the names of individuals that have unclaimed Child Support Checks at the Will County Circuit Clerks Office. For more information call (815) 727-8588.
