There are 2 organizations that the
Circuit Clerks Office uses to facilitate online payments. Both charge
a small fee for the service. The Circuit Clerks Office only
collects the fine amount.
You must make your online payment 3
business days prior to your court date. Court calls are
compiled and tickets are pulled 3 days prior to the court date. If
payment has not been received the judge may add additional fines.
1. Government Payment Services
(GPS). 3.5% fee. $3.50 minimum
fee. Accepts VISA. -
Example - Fee of $4.20 added to $120.00 ticket.
2. State of ILL EPAY System.
Does not accept VISA. Click

Example - Fee of $3.75 added to $120.00 ticket.
To avoid a conviction
plead guilty and pay an additional $40 for Traffic School.
Example - $120 ticket
+ $40 traffic school = $160 total payment. Click here to print the
Traffic School Request. Please read the instructions on the Traffic
School Request.
Please use TRAFFIC
TICKET INSTRUCTIONS FORM to do the following:
1. Plead not guilty and request a trial.
2. Plead guilty and pay.
3. Plead guilty and request Traffic School.
You must sign and mail the section of the TRAFFIC
TICKET INSTRUCTIONS FORM
with in 3 days of making payment.
